Yes, I had downloaded ad installed the graphviz-2.20.2.pkg yesterday and that is when I saw the problem concerning the png file. This morning I installed the graphviz-2.21.20080625.1145.pkg but still have the same problem. I'm not sure if I should have attempted to uninstall first or not. Opening Graphviz from the applications folder shows it to be the latter version (2.21...).
