That package is not on the Fedora 9 DVD. You'll have to use yum, the GUI 
software installer, or download the package from the Fedora site or one of its 
mirrors.

I was able to build this on Fedora 9, so it's possible. I'm having unexplained 
problems with that build so far, but if I resolve them I'll be happy to pass 
along the RPM spec file I used.
