School Council meeting Please join us on Monday February 27 at 7 pm in room 215 for our School Council meeting. Our guest speaker will be David Kaufman who will be addressing substance use and abuse - what a parent should know. On Tuesday February 28, students will have a late start to accommodate our monthly staff meeting. Classes begin at 10 am. Exercise to Success! On Tuesday, February 28, we will be starting the Exercise to Success program; a dynamic fitness, personal development and community building program for students supervised by our social worker, Rich Filler. This group exercise program is designed to promote teamwork and unity and is utilized to generate important discussion about life issues. Participants will develop their fitness, gain personal insights, have the opportunity to grow as leaders and build important friendships. Permission forms available in Guidance office. Thursday March 2 - OSSTF Staff Survey. Classes will end at 1:55 pm. NT Athletics! Congratulations to the NT swim team and their medals at Cities on Wednesday! They will be heading off to OFSAA in March. Good luck to the ski and snowboard teams heading to the slopes for OFSAA this week. Congratulations to the senior girls' volleyball team on their TDSSAA City Championship win. The team now heads to OFSAA in Barrie March 6-8. Note to Parents: We have become aware of an off-site student social event taking place this evening (Friday, February 24). Please understand that this is NOT a school organized event nor is it a school-sanctioned event.
