Acknowledgements & Upcoming Events & Dates Tonight: Friday April 5 Soda Pop Shop takes place tonight starting at 7pm! The event features the Stage Band, singing, dancing, and artwork by North Toronto students. Tickets are being sold at the door. Report Card distribution: Wednesday April 10 during Home Form. Please ask to see the report card package! NT's Leadership retreat: April 11-13, 2019 (inclusive) Easter holiday: April 19-22 (inclusive). No classes. Staff meeting: April 24. Classes begin at 10 am. Grade 9 Geography Summative Field Trip to High Park: Friday April 26. School Council news! Our School Council Meeting will take place on Monday April 29 at 7:30 pm. Please join us in room 215 for our next School Parent Council Meeting. Our guest will be award-winning parenting author and therapist, Sara Dimerman, who will speak to us on the topic of her new book, due to be released on May 7th: "Don't Leave, Please Go: what you (and your teen) need to know before heading to university or college". Teens preparing for living away at university or college, while parental anxiety intensifies. Teens and parents feel excited about increased independence and autonomy, at not having to nag or be nagged and about taking the next big step into the "real" world. Sara will share with us what you (and your teen) need to know before heading to university or college. Please join us for a 7:30 pm sharp (we will begin this meeting with our guest speaker)!
