As one post alluded to earlier, it was supported on AD FFL/DFL 2003 and
Exchange 2003, at least for a time.  I never bit, though I was sorely
tempted.  The domain I inherited at work has a positively hateful FQDN, and
sometimes I wish I would have changed it when I had the chance.
