it is quite frustrating, I would prefer to scrap the domain and rebuild (if it 
small enough environment) , ESPECIALLY if Exchange is in the mix-

I did it on Server 2003, with Exchange 2003.  Ask Don Ely how much fun that 
was.  I would never have been able to do it without him.
