SQL can be handled. IIS can be handled. AD CS is a no-go. There are others...

What about if you don't have Exchange? We're on AD 2008 FFL/DFL. is it still a 
nightmare?

I would love to change the name of my domain. The FQDN of our domain is not 
my-agency.LOCAL or anything sane
