For on-demand support TeamViewer is my hands-down favorite for remote support but is a bit pricey even for work.
I make frequent use of www.join.me (also from LogMeIn folks) for my remote users who are out of the office. A few years back I was very happy with RAdmin: http://www.radmin.com/ It works great for servers and other devices you need to monitor from time to time.
