I'd be behind one firewall and they would be behind a different one. It would be to connect to laptops not servers. I need to be able to work with their login session so they can see what I'm doing and so I would be working with their profile.

However the free license now supports a limited number of computers. Can you suggest a tool similar to logmenin to remote control computers?
