We can do XYZ for free. If you need 123 then we’ll have to pay $$$. If it’s
just something for them, they usually couldn’t care less, but when it becomes
something they have to buy for the whole company things get reevaluated.

I suggested FTP, we actually have on onsite – but no, users these days are
never going to use such technology.
The documents are going to be accessed and updated very regularly from people
all round the world.
I have looked at One Drive as suggested and also Norton Zone, which also looks
good.
Just need to see if the finances for it are viable.

What is the tool of choice for data sharing these days?
Dropbox used to be well thought of with the folder sharing between accounts,
but have things moved on from that?
I have a query for one of our directors to data share with another director in
a different company, in regard to a joint project.
