Inexperienced: long, drawn-out explanation as to why something happened
Experienced: I can't always answer why as I don't have access to the source 
code. I can only say it is now properly configured and operating nominally

 Inexperienced tech: "Yes, this will definitely fix this issue"
Experienced tech: "This is supposed to fix the issue, but give me a call and
