Do tell...

I have "Microsoft Forefront UAG 2010 Administrator's Handbook" by
Ben-Ari and Dolev (PACKT), and didn't find it especially useful.

I relied much more on MSFT documents, other blogs, and asking
questions in various places to make it go.
