Attempted an in-place upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. System wouldn't boot after it completed and the computer restarted. I waited, or rather was busy, for 45 minutes waiting for a login prompt to appear. Tried another restart and gave it 5 minutes and it was stuck in the same spot, so reverted back to the image I'd made prior to the upgrade attempt. This was relatively soon after Windows X was released, about this time last year, as I recall. Perhaps they've addressed whatever bug was affecting my particular environment. Not really looking forward to doing a clean install, either, though.
