If you do not like the thread then don't read it. This is an issue that
affects NT Sys admins and that is what the list is for. Just because its
not tech related doesn't mean it cannot be discusses. Obviously from the
number of posts that it has generated it is a topic that many people are
interested in talking about.
Now, if I start talking about my sisters boyfriends cousin that has just
had a cat eaten by his neighbors dog, then you can get pissed off. =)

Far be it for me to complain but I thought that this list was for NT
ADMIN discussion. If y'all want to talk about HR CRAP then find an HR
related mailing list and get these stupid questions out of the NT ADMIN
list.... Thanks, Blake Fowkes Waid and Associates

I've been a salaried, non-exempt employee for the past 3 years and I've
always gotten time and a half for any over-time I put in. However, our
HR person recently contacted the Department of Labor and found out some
interesting facts. Anyone who is not in a position where 2 or more
people work directly under them, is considered a non-exempt employee (at
least in our case). Regards,

It was ONLY an example. I don't make 10K a year.
