Title: RE: What do you get for Over Time

I get comp time as an agreement with my boss, but based on my current experience, I suggest you make sure there is a written agreement between you and your boss covering comp time. It should clearly state that you are entitled to comp time, how much time off you get for time worked (I get time and a half, as if I was getting overtime), what qualifies for comp time (if I choose to stay past 4:30, that doesn't count as comp time, if a server needs to be fixed after 4:30, it does) and how you can use your comp time. I don't have such an agreement in writing and I find myself having a hard time getting the time off that I earned in comp time, and living in fear the CEO will scrap this unwritten agreement, as I learned too late he is prone to do.
