I would disagree that we have lost nothing yet.
After every alleged injustice congress tries to fix the problem by passing
laws restricting our freedom (As if those who perpetrate these acts are law
abiding citizens). The net effect is a loss of freedom for law abiding
citizens and violence continues.
Over the past 20 years we have lost freedom to do what we want to with our
land. Our right to own firearms is under constant attack, No firearms were
used in these recent incidents but I'm sure Chuck Schumer will find some
reason to restrict firearms in some way. Our Freedom of speech is in
jeopardy because some think to much money is spent on politcal campaigns
WE HAVE LOST TOO MUCH FREEDOM ALREADY IT MUST STOP.
I don't really expect those from outside the US to understand our devotion
to freedom. But it may well be why no one wants to emigrate from the US and
millions want to immigrate into the US.
The only restriction on my freedom should be that I cannot limit your
freedom!

Nothing, yet. But there are real, and arugably justifiable, fears that
our civil liberties will be sacrificed as a result of these attacks.
