Hi all,
I just joined the list.
I have a problem regarding NT 4.0
My environment is 10/100 Switched network on CISCO
switches.
For some reason I keep loosing network connectivity
to servers.
A PING works fine but not a NET VIEW (System error
53 has occurred. The network path was not
found.)
If you try to use any remote tools like Eventviewer
etc. it gives you RPC Server unavailable.
This keeps coming and going on all servers, and I
can't pin point what might be causing it.
We have VLANs configured but it doesn't seem to be
related to it. The symptomps are the same and don't depend on which VLAN you are
on.
The Event logs don't show any errors.
Using Host or LMHost files didn't help
either.
Any ideas?
regards
Uso
