Dan, I've used both Arcserve 6.61 and 2K as well as BENT through v8.6. Your gonna get an ear full on this subject, but IMHO both pieces of software have their good points, both have their downsides. It's a matter of what your used to and how well you know the product.
Some will say Support is bad for AS. It is.
