Hard to believe these things are more expensive than a regular laptop.

I've had this ability on just about any laptop I've owned. Just set the screen size to be larger than the max pixels of the physical display. Voila: Windows lets your "scroll". This always seemed to be device manufacturer specific, but perhaps I'm mistaken on that point. Sounds like its definitely worth the effort then. I've yet to see a non-manufacturer supplied driver do this - but if you find one, please post back with the details. Figured I'd post up here in case anyone had one of these Sony UMPCs already. _____ From: Micheal Espinola Jr [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, December 28, 2007 9:17 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Re: screen scroll utility ??? Greetings ! I've got a friend that just picked up one of those UMPCs (a Sony) with a 4.5" screen, running Vista 'business' on it. Anyone know offhand of a utility that will let him configure a larger 'virtual screen' and let him use the 4.5 display to scroll around this larger screen ?
