All,

Our company has a support staff that uses modems to dial into
equipment that we sell, and then (usually using PC Anywhere) does
configuration, troubleshooting, etc.

It's been a long time since I've looked at this field, but I know
there used to be companies that sold systems that allowed you to
network a bank of modems for outbound access to wherever. No inbound
access would be needed or allowed.

Is anyone out there using such a beast, and if so, what would you
recommend for a staff of perhaps 20-30 people who would need to rotate
between maybe 8-10 modems during the day?

Kurt
