For a commercial enterprise, it's $50/seat/year which includes email, Google voice, etc, and it will sync to outlook. I presume it would be less or maybe even free for a school. It needs to have multiple calendars that can be viewed on a master calendar. 2. Multiple people need to update it 3. It must be web based 4. Would be nice if we could import it back to outlook and would be great if it could be updated from outlook. 5. Needs to be web based Keep in mind this would be for a college with different departments that have different needs.
