Cambelt = timing belt VAG TDI service interval was revised from 90k miles down to 60k miles a few years ago, so I get to change the belt every 2 years or so.
The oil pickup is in the bottom of the sump and has a habit of getting blocked, especially for engines running on variable servicing (uses expensive oil, but means I don't have to change the oil every 10k). If the pickup gets blocked, then I am sure you can guess the end results can be less than pleasant.
