I have rarely worked where a datacenter reboot or datacenter shutdown
followed by a power-up didn't have a challenge, but keeping a Hyper-V in a
domain while I can see would make it easier to setup management and access
just never made sense to me but then that is just me and my experience and
it is no where near Michael's level.
