+1 on the redundancy. My server room is about 12x12 and I have a 3 ton [1] air cooled unit a 1 ton water cooled unit as a backup (normally off) and the buildings AC.
James. [1] Yes I know that 3 ton is too big for such a small area so I have some of its cool air venting into a hallway also, so the compressor doesn't die. Servers make for some heat and based on the heat generation I needed a 3 ton.
