Absolutely.

Don't get me wrong, we aren't ever looking to 'push' a solution on a
client. However, most clients see 'gmail is free' and 'i know gmail' and
fail to see the whole picture. In a sales meeting its not always
suitable to dredge through the list of feature sets of both, and compare
and contrast.

I was really looking for ways of helping the client understand the pros
and cons of both, even if sometimes some clients need more help than
others.

I think he's also concerned about his revenue -- so, he's looking for
pros
and cons.

So? Too bad for Microsoft, I guess, but if the best tool for that
client's need isn't SBS, then trying to sell them on SBS just because
it's SBS is clearly the wrong thing to do.
