I've been testing potential replacements to my Backup Exec 2010 for the last few weeks (waiting to test the 2012) and have come across a really cool program called AppAssure. Call them and ask for a demo.... it is impressive, but pricey. Perhaps too much for me. I hear that the next version of HyperV and Windows server "8" will really be the cat's meow for replication, but that is a year away.
