I did an SBS 03 to 2008 swing for a small (15 users) company last year, I charged them $2000 of which I spent $300 on a SBS migration package (never touched SBS before so it was well worth it) and I can tell you I had WAY over 20 hours invested in it before it was all said and done. I'd love to be able to charge $150 an hour......
