Our life cycle is a function of revenue. Slow or unreliable computers have a huge labor cost for us, as a CPA firm. If computers are too slow it also becomes a morale/retention issue. The decision to extend life cycle to 4 years and SSDs go hand in hand. All of are computers are covered by CompleteCare for the life of the unit I also keep a stable of spares from computers taken out of service.
