Kind of related, I was on-call one weekend a while back and I got a page from a unit secretary (I work in a hospital) late at night saying the camera system wasn't working on her station (on her station it was just so she could look at the various images). She stated that she had paged Plant Ops (who installed the system) and they said to page IS. Anyway, we never got any training on the program at all (another case of "let's buy it without IT input and let them figure it out") and I said pretty much to the nurse. I did volunteer, however, to come in and check it and see if I could get it working on her pc. She replied with one of the best lines, "Well, if you're just going to come in and push buttons, I can do that."
