Hi All I have a Acer win7q pro machine that cannot join the wifi network if it has a passphrase. If I use wap-tkip or wap2-aes I get an error from the laptop when joining the wifi network. If I remove all protection from the wifi network, no passphrase, it joins without a hitch. I have tried to make the passphrase simple without special characters. That doesn't help. Even the minimal characters allowed in simple english, still nothing. This is the first win7 prof machine I'm joining to wifi. To the same network, I have joined xp, vista, iphones, ipads no problem. Laptop part of win2008 r2 domain. All my AP's are HP.
