you should consider that while some environmentally compatible hardware may survive high heat / high humidity, the rj45 or any other copper connector plug will not.
i have seen plugs turn green (copper oxide) in 3 days in 70 deg f, 80% humidity (room had reasons for maintaining those.) moisture was on everything. had to move all computing equipment out. did not, of course, have special equipment in there. perhaps silicone grease on the plugs would help?
