        My wild guess is that is is scanning C:\WINDOWS\$hf_mig$\ to see
what updates have been already been installed (or not), so it can create
a to-do list of what files it actually needs to patch.
         
        How long is your SP2 install taking?

to run.  What does this command do and why is it taking so long?
