Are they imaged computers, perchance?

See if those machines have any apps in common that store data in WMI. Maybe 
there's corrupted data.

Its been on all of the computers I've tried so far (about a dozen so
far).

If I look in task manager, rundll32 has taken up a HUGE amount of memory
and it just runs and runs...and runs some more.
