Here is how I do it. I use the standard domain structure and have the PDC emulator sync to a good outside source. But the one thing I added was a scheduled task on every server that runs twice a day to stop and start the time service. That has helped dramatically, I can't remember the last time (pun intended) we had a time sync issue.

QUESTION: has anyone on the list used (and would recommend) anything on that list to fix the "record created prior to the call" situation?
