I've only been dealing with them a short time, but I really enjoy it.
First when you call Lenovo support, it's in Atlanta so you can understand
who you are speaking with.
For hardware support issues, they pretty much take you at your word. If you
say drive failure, they ship you a new drive. I've had nothing but good
experiences with their support.
Custom ordering is not so great as it can take upwards of 3 weeks to get a
device since they are made and shipped from overseas.
I've started ordering direct from CDW (who can usually beat the cost of
Lenovo Direct) and it's all been good since then. They have dozens of
configurations just waiting to be bought.
