Glad you see it completely full, sorry been on a sarcastic realm lately, and it isn't the lenovo's either.
Dell I like, them, would recommend them, and really haven't had a problem with them, except for some XPS boxes last year they been pretty rock solid. As for IBM, there servers have never impressed me, the X440 series where a nightmare from hell with failures, parts, design/configuration issues. ( Glad well be retiring those bad-boys when we get our new HP Blade System. Like I said before I had 4 IBM laptops all with good performance, and really not many issues. But there has been quite a few Lenovo T60's at my work that have gone the way of the Lemon, and this isn't a concidence when you start to add it up. Memory errors, disk errors, motherboards gone bad. This is my view of them. I had a T23 for a few years that was a hand-me-down that I had to revert to just to have a functional laptop while my T60 brand new was being fixed, and still didn't work right. Like I said this is just my view, but the T60 models aren't ranking too high on my happy list right now, nor is many other things these days. That was a huge problem, but it didn't lead me to conclude that Dell sucked because I knew that the problem was a rarity. We still purchase and recommend Dells despite that issue. The same holds true with Lenovo. Not only have a I positive personal experiences with them on a pretty large scale, but I also know that others have, too. They continually get high ratings in PC Magazine, for example. And Lenovo is such a strong brand that they're able to drop the ThinkPad name much earlier than they had originally planned to.
