Users don't notice all the crap you have gone through to make changes they don't see, but if thier printers and desktop shortcuts are right, they will um let you know. Also, set up an email address on the server for them to report any issues to, rather than the help desk or whatever system you use, so it keeps the moving issues separate from the day to day stuff.
