My one room school taught that if you could drop the other person off
the sentence and it still sounds right, then it is correct. 

 

So, that being said, it would be "...grab me" not "...grab I".

 

So the boss shows why they are boss.

 

(ps;  my school really had two rooms)

 

(pss:  where exactly are you asking them to grab you?)

In an argument with my boss on a totally nonproductive point.  My boss
mailed out this sentence:

 

When someone is out, please grab me or Andy and...

 

My point was it should be "Andy or I" in this particular use.  Who's
right, as he just called me Gomer (he's from Ohio and my neck is very
red)...
