I was always taught your reference to yourself should be last. A better 
sounding response would have been Andy or myself but that doesn't follow some 
peoples qualifier of leaving the other person out.

In an argument with my boss on a totally nonproductive point.  My boss mailed 
out this sentence:

When someone is out, please grab me or Andy and...

My point was it should be "Andy or I" in this particular use.  Who's right, as 
he just called me Gomer (he's from Ohio and my neck is very red)...
