Darn you all, I started looking these forms up now.  The only cases used
as samples, however, are where both people are referred to as personal
pronouns (me or him), or where the FIRST person is referred to by name
and the second person is referred to by a personal pronoun.  I've not
found any samples where the personal pronoun comes first yet.

I was always taught your reference to yourself should be last. A better
sounding response would have been Andy or myself but that doesn't follow

In an argument with my boss on a totally nonproductive point.  My boss
mailed out this sentence:

 

When someone is out, please grab me or Andy and...

 

My point was it should be "Andy or I" in this particular use.  Who's
right, as he just called me Gomer (he's from Ohio and my neck is very
red)...
