So if you have an earlier version of Adobe Reader it should remove that and 
install the 8.1.2.

We are seeing where it keeps the older version - then the machine has two 
readers on it.

I don't know what N. Reznik had in mind, but someone on the list mentioned
that my problems are because I didn't know to make the proper entry in the
GPO setup for 8.1.2 that it was an update to a previous GPO (8.1.1).  So,
the two GPOs kept whacking each other.
