This is a bit OT but I'm hoping theres other folks who work at a company which assumes the IT guy must be able to do everything that has a transistor in it.
We've got an old NEC Electra Professional Level 2 system, and one particular port, whichever extension I assign to that port, it rings like 20 times before going to voicemail. Every other port goes after 3 or 4 rings. I have the installation service manual, but if you've ever tried to decipher it, you'd understand how this is really like running around in circles.
