With these details, you should be able to make due without having to have
Symantec remotely WebEx into your system.  I've been up and down that road.

Set up policies before deploying/upgrading the clients, ad disable all the
features initially - and load them a little bit at a time as you
test-test-test.  Running from the gate with everything turned on is a huuuge
mistake that I also learned the hardway.  Most importantly, I should have
payed more attention to the firewall policy settings when I first set this
mofo up.

Its extremely easy to shoot yourself in the foot with SEP11.
