Subject: Multi-function printer recommendations

Hi Folks:

We have a finance person at each of our sites. One of the older
multifunction printers failed. She needs another. Our leased units are
too high end for a single user. Here are her needs:

can do large print jobs (as i send out a lot of letters )
is able to print enevelope without having to take the paper out (can
print envelope and letters at the same time)
scanner
copier (fast speed)
color
fax

Suggestions? Our leased units are HP, Xerox, Canon. She prints a lot,
so it needs to be able to handle that. And yes the manager only wants
to pay less than $1,00 for it.

Recommendations?

Tom
