  I've been using DomainMonger for some vanity domains for a few
years.  Registration with included DNS hosting for $17/year.  Their
web management UI is clunky, but it gets the job done.

  DynDNS offers a number of services and has a more polished UI, along
with a higher price.  I've used them for one non-profit project, and
others have given them good reviews.

  Both support TXT records (for SPF).
