We vote for eNom, have been a reseller of theirs for 5 years now and
couldn't be happier with the tools they provide and the price of the
domain, it's a little more than GoDaddy, but I think it's worth it.

Either eNom or Tucows (OpenSRS), either one of them through one of their

resellers.  Tucows is probably the best for protecting their customers' 
rights, while GoDaddy is the worst in that regard.

worthwhile to become a reseller yourself.
