He had mail going back to 1999 in his Inbox and over 2000 just in one year alone. I cleaned up the Inbox moved all of his old mail from 2006 thru 1999 to a seperate PST file and he is much happier now. I told him that was what folder structures were for as well as rules. I doubt he will listen, he doesn't most of the time.
