Lot's of experience with sauna/server rooms the last few years.  The
servers will go thermal soon and in doing so will reduce the life of
your drives considerably.  Been there done it.

Our AC has been down all day and are servers and equipment are pretty
toasty 
feeling. Would you guys shut yours down? Doing so would cause the
company to 
be serverly impacted, but they would be more impacted if some of them 
meltdown.
