You can get a portable AC at sears/home depot/ etc that can sit in the middle of the room. Just make sure they don't sprinkle water on the servers, sometimes the condense.
Like shook said, get some fans, sucking the hot air up from the rear into the plenum/ceiling or something, and fresh air from someplace else. Luckily, most places carry AC units already.
