The very first 380 G5's didnt support the QC's (5000 chipset versus 5000p I guess). You also need a recent bios version. I don't have ilo access atm (not configured), I only have rdp access. Any ideas? I looked for an Intel Chipset identification util as the original mobo should be a 5000 series and this one should be a 5000p but it doesn't seem they make one for those series.
